Predictive Diallers
A predictive dialler, whether a dedicated system or a capability of a CTI system or ACD, is used to make a large volume of call attempts and connect only answered calls to agents. The market for predictive diallers has, to date, been relatively modest, but the advent of diallers in a software-only configuration has the potential to extent the cost effectiveness of such systems to smaller call centres.

Predictive Dialing System from Avaya
A predictive dialler with its own trunks, that makes its own calls, connects them to the PABX through voice circuits and uses CTI to instruct the PABX to connect them to agents, and which can also be deployed in a software-only configuration.

Adaptive Predictive Dialler from New Media Software, distributed by IPL Communications
A predictive dialler with its own trunks, that makes its own calls, connects them to the PABX through voice circuits and uses CTI to instruct the PABX to connect them to agents and that can also be deployed in a software-only configuration and targeted at the SME market.



Call Centre Automation (formerly named ATOMS) from Noble Systems
A predictive dialler/PC-based telephone system that also offers inbound CTI functions and IVR, and optional audio call recording, text chat, routing of e-mails to agents and off-switch ACD.

A predictive dialler with its own trunks.
