Predictive Diallers
A predictive dialler, whether a dedicated system or a capability of a CTI system or ACD, is used to make a large volume of call attempts and connect only answered calls to agents. In addition to predictive diallers which can themselves be deployed in a number of different configurations, a number of call centre CTI products, LAN-based telephone systems and PC-based telephone systems as well as a few other products offer predictive dialling as an optional integral capability.

Consulting Projects Involving Predictive Diallers
Occidental Communications has undertaken projects involving the acquisition of a predictive dialling capability for some clients, and has reviewed and made recommendations concerning the use of diallers for others. For more details, see the Call Centre Consulting page.
